We hold a high standard for the service that we provide to our clients. In order to provide the best results, we only accept fills on clean work. This includes no clumps of glue with at least 50% of extensions remaining. Due to the uncertainty of other artist's work, we will not do fixes, unless a full removal is done by our salon followed by a full set.

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. Our work is time-sensitive, and we require a 48-hour notification in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Due to our high demand, any appointments that arrive 15 minutes late without notice will automatically be cancelled and charged the full amount. The 50% service deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations. In the event of a late arrival, a charge for the full amount of the service will be made and the remainder of the appointment will be honored.


Please call is if you are running late so we know you are on your way.

Service deposits are required in order to ensure that your spot is held. There will be an option for a deposit to be placed when a booking is made online, or a link will be sent for a deposit to be placed when a booking is made over the phone. Deposits will vary based on the service that is booked.

Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide refunds. If more than half your lash extensions have fallen off natural lash attached within 48 hours, then please give us a call. We would happily fix it within 2 days of the appointment. Fixes after this period will be charged.
